Are you keen to join a team of teachers who promote a calm and active learning environment in the classroom?   IESTäby are looking for a dynamic and outstanding teacher of Physical Education,  interested in joining our team in Täby at senior school (children aged 13-16). Our school follows the Swedish national curriculum, teaching P.E.  in English. This means a curriculum based on well rounded sporting skills including dance, swimming and orientering.

This presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate interested in working in a stimulating and rewarding international environment. We invite applications from enthusiastic, motivated and certified teachers. A mentor role (form teacher) for 16 students is also a key part of the role as we prioritise communication home in our pastoral care in Täby. If you are a newly qualified teacher we have experienced PE teachers and first lead teachers to support and coach you as a mentor during your first year at our school.

Knowledge of or willingness to learn Swedish will be considered a merit.
