Latvian Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Our international customer is starting a new, high-quality customer service team in the heart of Stockholm. We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience and who is ready to take the next step in their career! Are you responsible, a good communicator and do you like challenges? About the position

The team will consist of 7-10 people and will be built from the ground up, which means that you will participate in and have a great impact on the team’s development. You will be offered lectures, training and the opportunity to attend the company's inspirational events. The job is full-time and working hours are Monday-Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 2 pm.

Initially, your tasks will mainly consist of answering incoming queries via mail and chat, but later also by telephone. You are expected to provide the customer with the best possible service through all the steps. You will also help with various tasks in administration such as translations and handling other office operations. 

About you

As this is a specialist role, it is important that you have previous experience of similar tasks and that you are reliable. We see that you are empathetic and efficient in your work, and work methodically and analytically. You are of course a happy and friendly colleague and you have the heart for providing top-notch customer service. You speak and write freely in Latvian and English, as well as have a full high school diploma.
