WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU
ABOUT FMS
The Fulfilment Management System (FMS) project is a recently launched business and user-centric initiative. The shifts in customer shopping behaviors, further accelerated through the Covid pandemic, have made us realized that there is a high urgency to develop new solutions to enable our stores and central fulfilment units to serve our customers in a more convenient and efficient way, as well as to improve the co-worker experience in fulfilment tasks.
We are doing a lot already to close the gap between where we are today and where we need to be; by developing existing and new capabilities and by planning for scalable fulfilment management solutions, we aim to enable future-proof store and central fulfilment operations.
