In Verisure Innovation, we’re constantly developing new technology to better protect our customers. Our highly skilled and experienced teams work with urgency and passion when researching and developing new ways to keep our customers safe. We are now looking for a Launch Manager, with a great passion in bringing those new products and systems to our countries, to join our Delivery and Launch team, Verisure Innovation-Technology North. 

About the Job

The Launch Manager is overall responsible for planning and coordinating pilots, field trials, and launch of new products, services and business systems. The Launch Manager works in close cooperation with our country organizations in order to secure a smooth and efficient launch.

The Launch manager is responsible for stakeholder management and the main channel of information regarding launch between countries and innovation. The main stakeholders are our country organizations but also Business Relations Managers, initiative owners, portfolio manager and supply. This area is under development and hence here is a great opportunity to develop ways of working with Launch within Verisure, including road maps, planning, structure and communication.

As a Launch Manager you will report to the Manager for IT Delivery & Launch and belong to the Demand, Portfolio & PMO department.

Main responsibilities
* plans pilot and field trial phase together with project and country operations according to processes and best practices
* plans launch and roll out together with countries
* is responsible for launch communication in cooperation with countries
* is responsible for status reports regarding current pilot/field trial/launch status, and to share information with stakeholders
* regularly conduct surveys during pilot to get qualitative feedback

* Experience from managing projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in Agile Methodologies
* Business fluency in English
