Who we are
The Truck organisation at Sales and Marketing is responsible for the Goods Transport Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) solutions Business value stream. We are aiming for a value stream with an entrepreneurial “company mindset” with end-to-end responsibility and clear accountability for the business.  We are now looking for a Launch Plans & Ramp up Manager within Goods Transport ICE solutions to strengthen our team.

About the team
We are a passionate and competent team  that works closely together.  Our, The Solution managements team, main mission is to create, develop, monitor and fine-tune plans to deliver on both long and short term targets. With a deep understanding of the overall business we create strategies to guide the organisation and at the same time support the daily work with methods and tools, business insights and business development.

What you will do
As a Lanuch Plans and Ramp up  Manager you will own the solution management launch plan, both the strategic level and the component level. You will also support the Continuous Introduction and Market Introductions in setting up the Ramp-up plan from a Solution Management perspective, coordinating so that Project tools, Pricing, launches, etc. are planned in a good way. You will secure, based on our strategies that they are considered in the Ramp up plans. You will also support in providing the right information and ramp up plans into training material as well as handle the discussions with the markets when it comes to deviations.

Your Profile
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, service minded and have a clear drive. We are looking for someone who is strong in communication, who can create structure to everyone around and make clear analyses and conclusions. You can both draw your own conclusions and lead teams to draw collective conclusions.

On a personal level you strive to build wide contact networks with long term relationships through good collaboration, communication, structure and trust. A great passion for the success of Scania’s customers is a plus. 

You most likely have a university degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent. You are probably some years into your career and are looking for your next position, and It’s a merit if you have commercial experience. 

The role will take you to many different environments, internally and in some cases externally so you will need to deal with cultural differences and master English fluently. Swedish is not required.
