We manage the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability. We are now looking for two LCoE Program Managers reporting to the Head of LCoE Performance. The purpose of the newly established LCoE Performance team is to safeguard the profitability of our Onshore Wind development portfolio. The team is responsible for Business Intelligence focusing on cost and value engineering services, and LCoE Reduction strategy focusing on implementation of technical and commercial solutions to improve the profitability of our development portfolio. Together with our colleagues across the BU, our team plays a key role in ensuring that we reach our ambitious LCoE reduction targets to continue being a best-in-class developer across all our markets.

Your mission
As one of our two new LCoE Program Managers you will strengthen our LCoE Reduction effort and hold the following key responsibilities:
Structuring your program and getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders to commit resources to execute your program’s agenda
Driving the development of new initiatives from ideation to commercialization
Keeping oversight of all product development initiatives in your program including budget and resource responsibilities
Communicating with line organization and senior management on progress and issues
Ensuring continuous engagement and focus of all members of your project teams
Aligning with asset development teams to ensure your program’s solutions are implemented into the wind farm development portfolio
Participating in the development of the team and department strategy

We are looking for two colleagues who have demonstrable competency in one or more of these areas:
Electrical engineering applied to wind turbine and wind farm balance of plant systems
Financial modelling, structuring and valuation of renewable assets
Energy market and system integration of renewable energy assets


Furthermore:
Proven experience as Program, Project or Product Manager or a similar role and willingness to grow into this type of role
Engineering or business background with demonstrable technical and innovation experience
Experience from the renewable energy sector is a plus but will consider experience from other similar sectors
Working knowledge of IT systems, data analysis, and performance/operation metrics
Longer education or experience, PhD is a plus
Ability to clearly communicate complex topics to specialists and senior management alike
Strong analytical skills and an innovative mind set
Ability to function well in an international environment and interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders spread over multiple locations.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
Willingness for frequent business travels within north west Europe

Location
The preferred location of the position is Amsterdam (NL), Kolding (DK) and Stockholm (SE), but other locations will be considered as well. Travel to the main offices of BA Wind will be required. For work life balance and sustainability reasons, travelling is limited as much as possible.
