Job summary
We are looking for a senior resource who can lead the Windchill developer team and make sure bugfixes and improvement in Jira are done and following the development process.
That include maintenance and small improvements of the PTC applications (with custom build add-ons), product life cycle and usage within Tetra Pak to ensure it applies to decided functionality.
You will also lead the product team and make sure that tasks are assigned and completed.
You will be asked by our architectural team to be part of estimating GAPs and contribute to solutions.
We work in Jira so you will be part of solving Jira issues and architecture set-up and global implementations for effective resolution of issues.
What you will do
Support and lead the internal Windchill product team (knowledge sharing, collaboration, status, and collaboration).
Responsible for the Development process inside PDM Change process including the monthly releases.
Responsible for tools and environments necessary for the development team (Jira, GIT etc)
Development, configuration and troubleshooting for Windchill.
The role is preferably to be based in Lund, to be close to important stakeholders.
We believe you have
Several years’ experience as Java developer.
Experience of PTC tools and their configurations (Windchill PDMLink, Integrity Modeler, RV&S etc.)
Experience of leading a development team (8-10 developers) residing in different locations and time zones. We have people in Sweden, Poland, Germany and India at this time.
Worked with development tool (Jira, GIT, Bitbucket etc)
Experience in scrum methodology (Kanban in Jira) and able to lead the ongoing activities for the product team.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong drive to standardization
Self-going and experienced in problem solving and proposal of different solutions.
High interest in learning existing/new solutions and configurations
Service oriented working approach (ITILv3 standard)
