Lead Appian Developer

Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of technical solutions using the Appian BPM Suite.
Integration: Design and implement integration requirements with third-party platforms.
Data Modeling: Develop data models to support application requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and create technical design documents.
Mentorship: Mentor and groom junior team members in Appian.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for overall project solutions.
Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, backlog creation, and other Agile processes using tools like Azure DevOps.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable, and extensible code.
Deployment: Manage application deployment activities across various environments (UAT, PRE-PROD, Production).

Qualifications:
Education: Master of Computer Applications
Certifications: Appian Certified Senior Developer
Skills: Proficient in Appian, Java, SQL Server, MySQL, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.

Additional Information:
Languages: Proficient in JSE, JEE.
Methodologies: Experienced in Agile-SCRUM methodologies.
Tools: Azure DevOps, ASPOSE PDF Smart Service.
