Lead Architect

Initially you will focus on a project that is an end-to-end change project to implement a new global Customer adaptation process. One of the important deliverables is a new Group IT developed IT system to support a new way of working derived from business needs.


The IT system is using all the latest appointed solutions/platforms such as private/public cloud, micro services etc. The project will run for several years with a long roll out period.


Our Great Opportunity – Lead Architect


In this position you will from the beginning have focus to support the customer adaptation project and be guiding in how their designed solutions should be crafted to align with the target IT architecture - An IT architecture that we as a collaborative architecture team are defining. You will also be part of an Architect Team and support other solutions, processes and applications.


You will
Lead “to-be” architecture specifications and delivery end-to-end
Work in close collaboration with senior business stakeholders
Ensure that architecture enables business needs fulfilment
Cover all affected layers of EA pyramid
Ensure relevant compliance with:
North Star and Target Architectures
North Star principles and guardrails (including Security and legal essentials)
Other relevant architecture related principles
Promote enhancements to the Target Architecture
Support in securing right competences and workload
Support in presenting architecture options and recommendations
Lead the EA Review process** and secure expected artifacts deliver

You will bring
Experience as a lead architect with solution architectural skills.
A “bi-lingual ability” to connect with both non-techy senior leaders for decision making as well in-depth technical domain specialists for insightful subject discussions.
An attitude of an innovative IT architect with an outside-in perspective carefully balancing any architectural compromises between short-term value realizations and long-term target alignment.
A way of working that seek collaboration as the path to long term success and you demonstrate ownership and do the right thing even when it takes courage to do so.
Familiar to Microsoft based development is desired. (Blazor, .net 6).
