ROLE DESCRIPTION
We need a new lead architect CAD/PLM/PDM with geometrical architecture skills!
In this combined role you will both be the powertrain engineering representative in process and IT projects connected to CAD, PLM and PDM as well as perform geometrical architect tasks. You will support powertrain engineering users in related questions and have the domain competence to bring business knowledge and needs as a subject matter expert from the local site to the process owner in process development and improvement activities. In your role you will also be an important part of the geometrical architecture team. In this part you will be able to coach and support end-users with geometry and CAD tool questions, as well as develop and secure engine hardware architecture. You will be one of our key users and deeply involved in the virtual development to modernize the landscape. Contribute to the development of tools, methods and processes within CAD.


WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a person with good energy and networking skills. You have the drive and curiosity to dig into different business process areas together with great pedagogical skills to be able to convey knowledge within the organization. You will be recognized as a dedicated person with a player mindset that takes ownership for the work that needs to be done. You have worked for at least 6 years within product development and have a good knowledge in related processes. You also have proven Creo CAD designer experience.
Driveline knowledge and experience from mechanical engineering is required. Knowledge in KOLA structure system is a merit.
English is our company language; therefore, you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
