The position
We are looking for our next Lead Architect for our flagship electronic health record product, COSMIC. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare in Sweden, as COSMIC is currently used by 17 of the 21 regions within Sweden.
Your daily work includes collaborating with the product manager to steer the product in the right direction. You do this by creating and maintaining the technical roadmap, by guiding software architects and participating in our increment planning, giving clear goals and directives for development focus going forward. You also run your Product Architecture Board where architectural decisions are taken within the COSMIC product.
You are a part of the Enterprise Architecture team, consisting of other lead architects and enterprise architects. Together, we set the guidelines and principles for architecture and technology at Cambio, helping to guide the organization towards our future vision. About you
To feel comfortable in this position, you probably have a background as a software or solution architect but have left coding a while ago. You also at this point have acquired the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with different needs, at various seniority levels (from C-suite to developers). You should be comfortable in setting a direction and vision, helping others to execute on it, and be able to act as a mentor and coach to other architects. Presentation skills and communication skills are key as you will need to collaborate and influence those around you, all with the goal of reaching the future vision of your product. Our team values soft skills as much as technical skills.
Requirements
- Technical background, preferably as an architect
- Leadership experience, preferably as an informal leader
- Experience presenting and communicating ideas, visions or guidelines at various levels to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
It's a bonus if you
- Have experience working in a regulated domain, for example with MDR or CE-marking.
- Have experience of a complex product’s life cycle and the processes associated with it.
- Have experience of the health technology domain.
Place of employment: Linköping & Stockholm, remote could be possible for the right candidate

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
