ABOUT THE ROLE
Tietoevry Banking is looking for a Lead Architect for Lending and Leasing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the technology roadmap for Lending and Leasing software products. You will work closely together with customers and development teams to implement scalable and innovative architecture that is used by many Banks and Leasing companies throughout Europe. You will be deeply involved in all stages of the product lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment and operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the development of end-to-end architecture covering Lending and Leasing origination, servicing, collateral management, asset management and pre-collection.
Adopt new technologies and industry best practices to enhance product attractiveness and efficiency.
Create and present product architecture to customers, partners, colleagues and other key stakeholders.
Gather new requirements from business- and technical stakeholders and translate it into relevant architecture patterns, design and solutions.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations and guidance how to mitigate risks.
Provide technical leadership and guide development teams how to implement target architecture.
Stay updated with new Banking laws and regulations to secure product compliance.

WHO ARE YOU?
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on software architecture for commerical use.You should have the ability to drive the product agenda forward based on the overall strategy, product roadmaps and shifting customer needs.
Specific qualifications include:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Previous experience from R&D or software product developement, with a focus on solutions to be able to serve shifting market- and customer needs.
Previous experience from working within Lending and/or Leasing business and softwaredomains.
Experience with development methods and concepts including SAFe,Scrum and DevOps on Microsoft platform.
Strong understanding of several of therelevant technologies that are used within Lending and Leasing such as .NET, Azure, Rest API's, Kubernetes, JSON, SQL Server, Azure SQL and Mondo DB.
Previous experience from Cloud development and/or adopting use cases with Generative AI is also a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and recommend suitable architectural solutions.
A robust business mindset and demonstrate a keen understanding of commercial dynamics, encompassing relationships, agreements and overall business acumen.
