Lead Business Architect

Are you passionate about driving change and want to be part of an agile team? We are looking for a Lead Business Architect with Project Management experience to join our team.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

- Manage the delivery of high impact transformation projects

- Provide leadership and expertise across project cycles to ensure high quality services and deliveries

- Engage in active relationship building to foster strong relationships with partner areas for collaborative actions

- Develop and maintain best practices, and support arrangements from a CoE perspective

- Clearly communicate status and progress and ensuring partner teams deliver on agreed actions

- Identify opportunities and take a proactive and influential role in policy and discussions on collaboration

- Be responsible and drive Proof of Concepts/Pilots of new technologies

What is needed in this role:


- Project manager experience is a must, preferably from a consultancy engagement

- Experience of working with PEGA or a leading BPM platform

- Strong agile project management skills; preferably from previous system implementations and infrastructure projects

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

- Have strong stakeholder management skills - working with all levels and parts of the organization

- Proven ability to absorb new concepts and technologies

- Pega Certified Business Architect or equivalent

- Relevant university degree, or equivalent work experience

- Fluent in English, both written and oral
