The Role
You’ve read our latest news, so you know we’re working on a next-generation, 3rd person Cooperative Shooter. You also know that a game is nothing without its community and this is where you come in: We are looking for someone who loves building communities and is passionate about keeping them engaged and informed. This is a great opportunity to join the studio as we are embarking on a new exciting journey!
Your Contribution
As a Lead Community Manager at Arrowhead you create and lead all community efforts and interactions for our games. You also lead the community team and guide them through the implementation of your strategy.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Create and lead our communication efforts;
- Develop and execute the community plan for our unannounced AAA title;
- Act as the link between the development teams and our community;
- Communicate with external stakeholders, such as our publisher and other external partners;
- Organize and participate in company events, both internal as well as external;
- Consult and drive internal projects;
- Lead the creation and execution of the marketing strategy for our games, in cooperation with our publisher.
Our requirements
Do you recognize yourself in the following?
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Community management in the game industry, or equivalent experience;
- Experience with the announcement and release of a project, from preparation to execution;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written as well as spoken;
- Experience in leading teams;
- Experience from managing live streams is a bonus (but not required for the position).
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position and relocation for the right candidate.
