Lead Design Engineer - SWEP in Landskrona

As Lead Design Engineer, you will:

Be a part of our Global Design team within R&D. The Global Design team consists of design engineers, material engineers and product data system engineers.

You will get the opportunity to work in a wide range of areas, from design of the core part of our product the brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) as well as other heat exchanger components. Your daily tasks can also involve to plan and execute mechanical verifications based on risk analysis as well as develop and drive changes to both product and methods.

You will also support our manufacturing locations with expertise knowledge regarding product and tools on a global perspective. We use Catia and Autodesk Inventor as our main CAD tools which are linked to our PDM System Teamcenter for managing data.



We are looking for candidates ideally demonstrating:

University degree in mechanical engineering

You have 2-5 years for this position relevant working experience, preferably from product development field

Experience from working with pressure vessels and related standards as well as production processes is a merit

You have English proficiency at a professional level since English is the SWEP company language.

As a person you are driven, goal oriented and structured. You take on design tasks with a great sense of responsibility and you enjoy working in project teams, reaching a common goal.

To us, the attitude towards learning and finding new solutions is more important than knowing everything your first day. However, if you have a lot of experience, we can give you a challenge since there is a broad spectrum of assignments.
