Lead designer 3D TNTX

TNTX is a newly started company led by two very experienced and competent founders. TNTX takes the step from traditional real-life competence development that can be both dangerous and expensive in many professions, to AR and VR-based competence development. With the help of AR- and VR, learning can take place at high altitudes, in dangerous environments and in confined spaces without companies or individuals risking neither capital nor security. TNTX combines AR- and VR with mechanical systems to mimic reality, everything to improve the individual and ultimately save lives, reduce costs and increase security. The company’s collaborating in a project together with the Swedish alpine national team, which has been covered in the media lately.

TNTX is now hiring a lead designer 3D who wants to work in an exciting and innovative environment with a team of experienced entrepreneurs. At TNTX in Boden you will be working in an open and innovative environment where you, together with your team, strive to develop the best solutions possible. You will work closely with a dedicated group of people that develop the best system-solutions for smarter education. In the role of lead designer 3D you will get the opportunity to develop systems and products for cutting-edge competence development. You will be responsible of, with help from the rest of the team, bringing the educational solutions you develop to life. This includes a variety of worlds, landscapes, advanced environments and scenarios that should be both realistic and aesthetically pleasing. You will be responsible of ensuring that the finished product meets the requirements set by the customer. You will also be responsible of developing the company’s own products. You enable this by communicating to your team and execute how the visualisation for both environments and products are made in the best possible way. You will initially be responsible of the deliveries and as the company expands this will also include leading a team to a set goal. You have an eye for what is graphically appealing and you understand how to create this in a time- and cost-efficient way.
 
Your profile:
You will be TNTX first 3D-designer and therefore TNTX is looking for you who is keeping up with the latest tech-development and have a genuine interest in digital graphic design. TNTX’s customers have many different needs and because of this it may be necessary to quickly create concept sketches. Therefore, you need to be comfortable with independently seeking out challenges and finding solutions. You are a person who is driven by producing creative solutions and you take your work and projects seriously. Achieving your own and your company’s goals and getting the job done in the best way is important to you. You focus on tasks that generate added value in the bigger picture.
 
You have no problem working with others and you often find ways to compromise with others to achieve the desired results. Since you will be working in a team consisting of different competencies and backgrounds, it is also important that you can listen effectively and convey information clearly.
 
Your background:
You will need relevant work experience to succeed in the role. It is a merit if you have some form of formal education. TNTX’s business language is English so you need to be able to speak and write both Swedish and English without any problems.
