Lead Developer

Vi söker nu flera lead developers för kunds räkning. Uppdraget börjar efter semestrarna och är på heltid. Du kommer att vara stationerad på ett mycket spännande företag i Helsingborg. Vi söker dig med följande profil: Lead Developer (LD) - Interpreter of logical design and creator of physical design in line with the Enterprise model Physical design . Challenge the logical design and the requirements with the technical competence . Estimate the transformation of a logical design to a physical design in small units . Define deliverables within a release project . Drive, motivate, survey and quality secure the work done in sub-projects (small teams of developers) in analysis, design and development . Give status, estimates to the PM Method & process . Drive change to improve the work in ISA1 . Understand and accept that other task performed by other roles may have a higher priority then the development need and motivate to the surrounding team . Communicate an overview the surrounding team . Escalate and secure new processes and methods . Create basis for decisions and give recommendations . Be able to translate abstract instruction to the own work . Challenge current structures . Be able to work within frames and guidelines Person . Engage, Motivate, Lead, Communicate, Analyze, Question Vidare tror vi att du har minst fem års erfarenhet från att ha jobbat inom datawarehouse eller buisness intelligence. Du bör ha kännedom om Oracle warehousebuilder, men det är inget krav. Det är meriterande om du kan hantera andra ELT-verktyg. Vi rekryterar löpande så inkom med din ansökan redan idag!
