About the job
As a Lead Developer you support our business in understanding the capabilities and possibilities in the Customer Service landscape supported by Dynamics 365. The focus is D365 Customer Service and Omnichannel/Customer Service Workspace with the Live Chat and Voice channels with continued focus on enabling new channels. You perform IT-system development according to business demands and ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented and adopted. More hands-on duties are to create pre-studies, system specifications and Proof-of-concepts. You design and implement our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape, while constantly exploring the roadmap and new opportunities as well as take the lead in creating the systems software design requirements – which you base on both functional and non-functional requirements of our business. Managing scalability, security, accessibility and extensibility are other important items on your agenda and you’re comfortable in achieving results both on your own but also via others.
Having several interesting initiatives in the pipeline, we're at the forefront when it comes to adapting new functionality. We also have a close collaboration with our partners, giving us a unique opportunity to both get early insights and shape the roadmap of our products. You drive enhancement not only in our solutions but also in our way of working and tools used.
This role is ideally situated in Sweden, at our Sandvik Coromant head office in Sandviken. For the right candidate, we can be flexible on the location - so don't hesitate to apply, wherever you are!
Who you are
We believe you hold a university degree in IT or have a similar work history – this combined with solid experience within the field, and confidence in the development of Dynamics 365 Customer services modules, specifically Omnichannel as a developer/architect. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English. You’re naturally a problem solver and result-oriented person.
You have technical competence in:
JavaScript, C# and CRM SDK
Plugin development and debugging
Power Automate
Workflows integrations
Dynamics 365 Customer Service
It's an advantage if you also have competence in the following systems:
MS Dynamics CRM certification (developer)
D365 Omnichannel/Customer Service Workspace with Live Chat and Voice channels
Contact centre solutions and telecom infrastructure, PVA
Azure stack (Logic Apps, Azure functions, ACS, Synapse/DataLake)
You're a driven individual who enjoys the mix of the technical world and people interactions – ready to influence both business stakeholders and colleagues. You enjoy an open, agile environment and you easily see the work process from a helicopter perspective – looking at the future, detect how the details contribute to the bigger picture, and view challenges as a great way of growing and developing. Being an engaged listener, with a communicative approach, you're also fine with the spotlight as some presentations and training activities are included in your work. You have the ability to work effectively with global virtual teams in different time zones.
