Lead developer Automation team

We are looking for a senior Java developer who wants to build efficient, data-driven and automated processes within ICA. Our digitization journey continues, and we invest heavily in becoming even more digital. An important part of this work is to automate processes, analyses, and simplify the customers' contacts with all parts of the ICA group.
The role of Senior Developer
As a Senior Developer, you will have an important role in transformation activities and the design of use cases together with, among other things, automation leads in the business. However, the focus is development where the ability to understand and translate the need into a coded solution is a key competence. The team consists of a mix of employees and consultants.
Required skills
A diploma in engineering
Minimum of 10 years experience of Java
Minimum of 5 years working with Work Fusion Automation platform
Minimum of 4 years of JavaScript
ML experience
Linux and Windows server experience

Soft skills
Documented experience of communication with stakeholders.
Personal commitment in delivery
Team player
