Lead Digital Architect to Digital X

Excited to be part of something new? We are looking for a Lead Digital Architect to join our Digital Innovation & Strategy team in Digital X!    
AFRY is now creating a new unit, Digital X, to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation.  
As Lead Digital Architect at Digital Innovation & Strategy, your responsibility is to create strategic plans to develop and harmonize digital infrastructures across AFRY’s digital solutions, along with strategic plans to transfer existing solutions to new infrastructures.

Suggests the best possible solution architectures for digital customer challenges 
Identifies the possibility to work with 3rd party solutions, platforms and our own development
Identifies options with pros and cons 
Works with overall architectural decisions to drive the overall digital architecture for Digital X in the right direction 
Consults solution owners on selection of most appropriate digital architectures 
Consults AFRY-wide on implementation of new digital processes and tools Consults Digital Factory on technologies / architectures to add to capability portfolio 

You provide overview over development of AFRY-wide portfolio of digital solutions and recommends solutions to be accelerated in Digital X.

Who are you?
We are searching for an experienced software architect with a strategic mindset, someone experienced around software engineering, digital solutions, digital infrastructures and digital processes, especially someone with experience from working as an architect from a portfolio perspective. We do see that you have a strong customer focus and a great sense of business as well.  
To be successful in this role at Digital Strategy & Innovation we think that you have excellent communication- and teamwork skills and you thrive in a coworker- and possibility-oriented environment.  
We value your personality and mindset, as well as previous work experience, and of course a relevant University degree. We also consider experience from one or more of our core transforming segments is preferred (infrastructure, food and life science, bioindustry, clean energy) to be a strong merit.  
Formal requirements

Experience around software engineering, digital solutions, digital infrastructures and digital processes, especially from a portfolio perspective 
Digitally native way-of-working and familiarity with agile methods 
Business oriented with a clear customer focus and results orientation 
Commitment to highly customer-centric solution development 
Ability to work in uncertain environment and hands-on attitude to problem solving 
Fluent in verbal and written English, Swedish is a merit
