We are now creating a new unit, Digital X, to work across our company to excel in our digital offerings to our clients. In Digital X we will work with the digital strategy and overall portfolio, together with colleagues in all parts of our company. We will manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, including development, maintenance and operation; and we will support the sales of those solutions.If you want to be a part of making future with digital transformation by contributing with your brave, creative and innovative ideas, join Digital X at AFRY. The Lead Digital Sales role responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
Lead the digital sales funnel for Digital X solutions and areas of technology where AFRY Digital has lead regarding development and sales.
Oversee DigitalX solutions marketing and coordinate with the solution owners regarding marketing material, and sales activities.
Develop a strategy and its implementation regarding digital sales, digital marketing and customer interaction through digital media.
Engages with Digital Factory to build state of the art marketing material describing the solutions and its possibilities.
Support the sales of digital solutions, which includes matching the customer needs with our solutions and develop attractive customer offerings.
Who are you?
Competence Profile:
Seniority in sales and marketing of digital solutions
High ambition to create sales and leads, striving for high results and KPIs
Experience from one or more of our core transforming segments (infrastructure, food and life science, bioindustry, clean energy)
Strong customer focus and results orientation
Very experienced in sales and lead generation of solutions through digital media
Ability to motivate and drive sales and marketing projects in a highly dynamic environment
Ability to work in uncertain environment and hands-on attitude to problem solving
Strong ability to work with partners in order to put together the most appropriate digital solution
