The ART (Agile Release train) Steering, part of the Solution Vehicle Motion & Climate within Product and Quality is responsible for the delivery of the complete Steering systems that make us leading within Driving Experience Steering
Steering is an area which undergoes fast changes to meet new requirements from Autonomous driving and other functions to make the vehicle more fun to own and drive. We are an innovation team with positive energy that enjoy working with new technologies, in collaboration with other branch leading companies.
Now we are in the search for a dedicated colleague for the ART Steering who will work as a Lead Engineer


What you will do
• Be an active team member in the Steering software scrum.
• Manage supplier and assure timely deliveries
• Support in development of new system requirements and functions.
• Support in breaking down requirements to SWRS
• Take part in quality assurance plans, balancing of conflicting requirements etc
• Communicate status, escalate and track issues when required.
• Be transparent in documentations and communications
• Attend PI planning events and system demos


Do you fit with the profile?
• Technical education on University level (Master of Science or similar)
• Practical and theoretical knowledge about product development for embedded systems including HW and SW development
• Experience from leading and delivering product development assignments
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile environment
• Ability to plan and solve problems in a structured manner
