The Electric Machine Complete team is responsible for managing Tier1 & built-to-print suppliers. It includes leading both internal technical design reviews, supplier joint reviews and various E-machine verification activities. 

Our scrum team consists of a diverse mix of people all dedicated to delivering products that we are proud of. We foster a safe and trusting environment where we make sure everyone is included and is having fun along the way.

What You’ll Do
Some of your main responsibilities in your daily work will be to take the lead and drive Tier1 & built-to-print suppliers which includes leading technical design reviews, internal and supplier joint reviews and follow-up on verification activities. You will also work with requirement engineering to deliver design prerequisites, technical regulations, contractual elements and compliance agreements with electrical machine suppliers. 

Competence is Important
You have several years of documented experience working with product development, project leading, handling suppliers and working with requirements. Experience in mechatronic or electric design is meritorious.

In order to succeed you also need great communications skills and fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
