Lead Engineer Electrical Components - HV Battery System

In this role you’ll be a part of Polestars’ Battery Component team which is a part of the Propulsion Department. This is a team with the mission to deliver results which exceed the customers’ expectations.

What you'll do

You will have responsibility for electrical components within the HV Battery system (harness, BMS HW etc.) Furthermore, you will:

- Responsible for supplier relationships

- Collaborate closely with battery design engineers and system engineers within the battery teams

Qualifications:

- Experience in electrical components for Automotive industry

- Understanding the electrical aspects of designing HV systems.

- Experience in HV Battery Development

Who you are

To be a great fit for this role we believe you have experience in of electrical components for HV Battery systems in automotive industry and have a high-level understanding of electric vehicle design pre-requisites. Experience in handling supplier relationships is a benefit.

Bachelors or higher degree within electrical engineering or other similar university degree is mandatory for this job.
