Job Description
Bosch, the world’s largest supplier to the automotive industry have established a software development center in Lund and are growing. We are in a startup phase in Lund with a new office, new people and we work on exciting new projects. We are therefore looking for a senior software engineer to strengthen our product development team.

Your responsibilities
As a lead engineer you will lead an international team developing software for embedded systems, typically for products in the automotive industry such as integrated instrument panels or intelligent camera systems for cars and motorcycles. You will work on exciting new projects with cutting edge technology for a highly successful, profitable company. We expect you to be self-driven, a good team player, able to challenge yourself and gain the experience you need to solve the tasks at hand. In this position we expect you to:
Be the Scrum Master for an agile development team with international collaboration
Lead architectural analysis and design of SW functionality that emphasizes on Inter-process communication between different cores.
Develop software in C / C++ for middleware and lower area of embedded systems with focus on ethernet stacks and IPC communication.
Participate in every stage of the software development from design and brainstorming through feature and story implementation.
Take initiative on upcoming topics and ability to take lead on given topics
Support the Product Owner with regards to feature and story analysis, and roadmap definition
Qualifications
Skills & Background
Master or Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
Experience with modern and agile development methods such as Scrum, and being the Scrum Master for a software development team
Experience from leading software development in RTOS and Linux based embedded systems
Good understanding of the Open System Interconnection (OSI) Model and Communication
Experience of communication methods and processes for IPC and using Ethernet stacks.
Development expertise in C language, C++ experience an extra merit.
Experience on SW Configuration management, Continuous Delivery and Continuous integration using tools such as Git, Gerrit and Jenkins or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional meriting experience: o Experience in the Apertis Linux distribution
Experience in Blackberry QNX and its toolchain.
Experience using Autosar and Autosar tools, e.g Davinci Configurator and Developer.
Experience in working in a scaled agile framework (SAFe) setup.
