Lead Engineer Manager

We are looking for a Lead Engineer Manager to lead our Lead Engineer team in Vika, Falun.

As the Lead Engineer Manager, you will lead, support and coordinate employees in the team to fulfil technical project requiements and meet our customer needs. Your focus will be to coordinate the incoming projects in the Lead Engineer team and to further develop and structure our tools and processes. There will also be opportunities for you to act as the technical project leader, i.e. the Lead engineer, in some projects.

As the Lead Engineer Manager you will collaborate with Sales support and Project managers, to improve the estimated/spent rate related to design resources. Furthermore, you will participate in design reviews and meetings with the client and end customer.

Traveling will be necessary in accordance with the project requirements.

You report to the Project Engineering Manager.

We assume


• You have a master’s degree or equivalent within the area of Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in engineering and leadership.
• You are a communicative leader with strong coaching skills to develop employees and build motivation in your team.
• You have customer relations experience.

• Fluent in spoken and written English
