Lead Engineer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Lead Engineer responsible for the cost and quality of our Brake foundation parts such as caliper, pads and discs. You will daily interact with internal stakeholders such as purchasing and the plant, as well as our suppliers.
What you'll do:
● Understand how and what is technically required to make a cost distribution of this information to be used in forward planning, be involved in the design of information flows and models.
● Develop viable solutions in systems, collaborate with IT organization different parts, if complementary system support is needed be active with requirements for this and any part of procurement.
● Drive the separation of administrative systems and application of services.
● Carry out work in agile SAFe trains, teams and management organizations.
● Responsibility for ensuring separation overall requirements, coordination of development and testing and ultimately ensuring the separation of the IT environment.
● Provide solutions for product and service, which also includes customer management and reporting.
● Work with administrative solutions such as HR, accounting and IT administration.
Who you are:
● Candidate should possess technical education, preferably a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in product development in the automotive industry preferably in the brake foundation area.
● A genuine technical interest, very good knowledge and experience in Project Management.
● Proven communication/coaching skills and knowledge in SAFe/Scrum.
● Drive your own business and are able to take decisions based on risk-assessment.
