Lead Engineer – Suspension Components (Tuning & Mechatronics)

Tata Technologies is seeking a Lead Engineer with expertise in the design and development of suspension components, specifically tuning and mechatronics, for passenger vehicles. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and supplier management for suspension parts, ensuring project deliverables such as cost, timing, quality, and delivery targets are met. You will work in cross-functional teams both in-house and onsite with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of suspension components (tuning and mechatronics).
Manage suppliers and ensure technical requirements are met.
Create and maintain project timelines, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders.
Support the development of air hose and suspension systems, including problem-solving and system validation.

Din Profil
Qualifications:

B.Sc./B.E. in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (M.Sc. is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in suspension systems for passenger vehicles.
Expertise in Catia, Teamcenter, and automotive product development processes.
Strong communication and program management skills.
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus); valid work permit for Sweden.
Swedish driver’s license preferred.
