Lead Engineer User Information and Technical Training
Are you ready to create the next generation of car user manuals and technical training?
As a lead engineer for user information and technical training you will be overall responsible for the development and maintenance of the user information and technical training.
For the user information you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the user information content production and the in-car app. Lynk & Co's user information strategy is to have a hassle-free, personal, and inspiring user information throughout the whole customer journey. The purpose of the user information is to help the users operate the car and inform them about the car’s functions in a fun, different and much easier way. You will have a cross-functional collaboration between different departments/areas within the company such as marketing, R&D, Aftersales, Legal, Quality, UX and developers.
For technical training you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the technical training for our technicians that handles our cars. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives for our technicians. Our training program is all about providing the training our technicians need - nothing more and nothing less. We believe training should be fun, thrilling and open up for curiosity for the product and the way we are working. To achieve this, we use a mix of formats and a personal tone. Not the typical technical training.
What you'll do
- Be overall responsible for the user information development (content and app development) and technical training development
- Team responsible for both teams
- Continues develop the user information and technical training for the upcoming car projects
- Managing the product backlog
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmaps to strategic goals
What you should have
- A bachelor's or master's degree or equal experience is required
- A minimum of three years’ experience as project leader or product owner
- You have a strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Strong leadership experience, leading people with engagement and joy
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal
- You are not afraid of challenging the norm
- You are an outside the box thinker
- Experience in app development and agile methodologies is advantageous
- Worked with product information in another industry is advantageous
- Experience in training and development management is advantageous
