Lead Engineer, Vehicle

* Work as a technical lead, responsible for our technical deliverables in various customer projects
* Provide technical expertise in customer meetings and support the sales organization in defining projects and offers. 
* Identification of developments, local and global, within your area of responsibility and analyze the impact for our business
* Support the manager in recruiting within the skill area
* Support and training of junior staff within the area of expertise
* Quality assurance of group deliverables, identifying gaps and areas for improvement and initiating remedies 
* Build and maintain a contact network within global AVL

* You have passion for technology and want to work broadly with different disciplines relevant to modern vehicle development
* You are results-oriented and analytical. A curiosity and eagerness to learn is crucial since we work with all vehicle categories and customers. From ships to trucks to passenger cars, two wheelers and more!
* You like a flexible, fast paced environment
* You have a solid technical foundation. Experience in powertrain development and mechatronics is of merit.
* You have a positive, can-do attitude
* You have 10 years of experience, preferably from the automotive industry
* You have an M.Sc. degree or higher from a relevant education.
