Background
What:
Try to standardize program packages to be used within PLC, deliver packages that could be used globally as generic modules when to set-up PLC environment.
Why:
Standardizing PLC automation modules is critical for achieving efficient and effective industrial automation systems, ensuring interoperability, reducing risks, and enabling long-term sustainability and cost savings. It also supports compliance with industry regulations and simplifies maintenance and troubleshooting.
Scope of Work
Test to develop standardized PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) automation packages.
HMI/SCADA Development: C# to develop custom Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications that interface with PLCs and other automation devices. These applications will provide a graphical user interface for monitoring and controlling industrial processes.
Data Processing and Analysis: C# to process and analyze data collected from PLCs and other industrial sensors. This is for data logging, trend analysis, and quality control in industrial settings.
Middleware and Communication: C# to develop middleware and communication interfaces that facilitate data exchange between PLCs and higher-level systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and databases.
Custom Tools: C# to create custom tools and utilities for tasks related to PLC programming, maintenance and system configuration.

Prerequisites
We request a team of two Key users to meet different level of capacity. We expect that these persons have experience from C# and PLC. We also expect that the candidates have basic knowledge and previous experience in automotive. It is meritorious if the candidates have experience/knowledge of working with broader automation and control system landscape.
