Lead Frontend Developer to Comprend!

Comprend is a digital communications agency that works for public companies. We transform and execute their communication with their key audiences or as we call them - the people that matter. What we do includes building and taking care of websites, internal communication tools as well as transforming their financial and sustainability communication by creating reports that are made to be read on screen. In our team we have both highly skilled digital experts and communication experts that works closely with our clients own team.

Your role

As a Lead Frontend Developer you will create visual solutions and user experiences for our clients together with some of the most brilliant and creative people there is. You will work in long-lasting projects together with our UX designers and back-end developers to build extraordinary websites for well-known clients such as SEB, Vattenfall, Atlas Copco, SAAB and Kinnevik. You will not only work with existing technology stack, but also have a significant influence on our clients’ technical platforms and architecture. Your responsibility will be to design, develop and maintain a world-class user experience, working closely with our designers. You will also create efficient and reusable components working with automated test-processes. With an organizational focus on self-leadership, you will in addition to this take on a leading role in coaching other developers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you are a person who is driven by contributing with new perspectives. You are detail oriented and a problem solver who likes customer relations. You are also a team player who likes to take the initiative.

We also think you have:

- Solid competence in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- A background in building responsive performance optimized, large scale web sites for mobile and desktop
- Experience of working within one of the following frameworks; Vue, Angular or React
- Experience with Azure Devops or equivalent deployment pipeline and cloud based infrastructure environments
- Fluent in English and good knowledge in Swedish
