About The Company:
Our Client is a leading creative agency specializing in design and branding, event and production, digital engagement, consumer journey, content strategy, videography, and influencer marketing. They are committed to helping businesses grow by providing innovative and tailored solutions that resonate with their target audience. They are currently expanding our operations in Nordics and are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Generator with an established network of potential clients to join our team on a contract basis.
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to help us identify and engage potential clients in the Swedish (and Nordics in general) market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our range of creative services and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. This position offers a base salary plus commission, rewarding your hard work and success in generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Leverage your existing network of potential clients in target industries and geographical areas.
* Research and identify new potential clients to expand your network.
* Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking events.
* Develop a strong understanding of the agency’s services and value proposition to communicate with potential clients effectively.
* Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining the suitability of our services.
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database, tracking all communication and lead status.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
* Provide regular progress reports, including lead generation metrics and conversion rates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the creative services or marketing industry.
* Established network of potential clients in the target market.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Knowledge of various lead generation techniques and tools, such as CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
* Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
