ROLE DESCRIPTION
We need a new Lead Geometrical Architect!


In this role you will drive the architecture work in geometrical architecture meeting with a large number of stakeholders. In early stages drive and structure component placement to create the complete engine hardware architecture, and in later stages secure architecture and balance component design with different stakeholder requirements.
You will deliver complete Virtual 3D engines based on designer deliveries.
You work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and to provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization
In this role you will be an important part of the geometrical architecture team and recognized as a dedicated person with the player mindset that takes ownership for the work that needs to be done.
In this part you will be able to coach and support end-users with geometry and CAD tool questions, as well as develop and secure engine HW architecture. Contribute to the development of tools, methods, and processes within CAD and architecture role.


WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a person with good energy and networking skills. You have the drive and curiosity to dig into different design areas together with great pedagogical skills to be able to convey knowledge within the organization. You will be recognized as a dedicated person with a player mindset that takes ownership for the work that needs to be done.
You are effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels, and adjusts to fit the audience and the message.
You have worked for at least 6 years within product development and have a good knowledge in related processes. You also have proven Creo CAD designer experience.
Driveline knowledge and experience from mechanical engineering is required.
Knowledge in KOLA structure system is a merit.
English is our company language; therefore, you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
