Our Product office is growing, and we are looking for a communicative, energetic colleague who provides solutions and structure. If you are passioned about design-, implementation- and support work and want to utilize best practices to our unit testing, release designing and implementation - this job is for you.

To be able to perform in the role you will need:
· High technical insight, knowledgeable in electro-mechanical systems, machine shop practices, measuring systems, assembly technique.
· Three and more years of experience as Designer using CAD systems for designing electro-mechanical assemblies.
· Proficiency in Solidworks CAD.
· Knowledge about PDM/PLM systems.

As a person, you are a self-starter, that is capable to set direction and drive results independently. You possess leadership and interpersonal skills, and can engage people, build trust, and get commitment from stakeholders to support your projects.

This Is How You Could Make An Impact

This role will have a huge impact on our ability to future growth and efficient product hardware management. It will be you´re responsibility to lead the CAD/PDM/PLM needs of the organization and design the configurable product structures with CAD/PDM.

As a Lead Hardware Designer you will also
· participate in our R&D projects and delivery projects by creating technical documentation and manage Engineering Change Requests.
· support authoring, monitoring and enforcing standard procedures/structure & best practices for CAD usage.
· establish and document CAD standards, engineering standards, best practices, processes, and rules for use of CAD tools and PLM system to optimize engineers’ efficiency.
create and manage guidelines, templates, workflows, and procedures on hardware design perspective.
