Lead Mechanic

We are looking for a Lead Mechanic who will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality of our scooters and managing a team of mechanics across the city. Your work will be of utmost importance for us to ensure a great customer experience when riding a Bolt scooter.
Your daily adventures will include:
Manage and supervise a team of mechanics across several cities
Analyze incidents and fix technical and mechanical problems
Share findings with an international team of specialists, so that our company always improves
Oversee spare part inventories and manage spare part supply efficiently



We are looking for:
A passion for fixing technical devices. Someone who is contacted by family and friends first if they have a technical problem
Experience with repairing electric vehicles or e-bikes
Good knowledge of electrical circuits and soldering
Understanding of how to disassemble and reassemble a product
Knowledge of efficient processes and workflow management
Experience in leading a team of at least three people
Willingness to work independently and on your own responsibility
High attention to detail
Interest in micromobility and sustainability
Good English and Swedish language skills
