Job Description
We are now entering an intensive phase in the development of fuel cell electric vehicles and need to strengthen with expertise in mechanical design.
Therefore we are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer with main mission to drive the design work with our fuel cell system partner.
The mission also includes to contribute to the concept development in other areas of powertrain strategic development, such as hydrogen combustion engines, brake system, cooling system etc.
In your role you will take technical leadership and coordinate design activities during product development work with cross-functional teams and have the important role as a speaking partner regarding mechanical design questions and specifications of the hydrogen technologies.

M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience from working with product development and mechanical design within automotive sector
Exceptional CAD skills
Very skilled in Creo, CreoView, PDM/PLM systems
Proven skill in KOLA logic
Good understanding in assembly and manufacturing process and requirements
Project management and team lead experience
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
Excellent Swedish and English, written and oral

Meriting:
Experience with SolidWorks or similar programs
Experience from working in an agile environment is a plus
Open mindset (out of the box thinking), problem-solving skills
Understanding of electronics
Design for modularity
