We are looking for Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our Lift Trucks Engineering organization. You will play a vital role supporting our engineers through each stage of the project lifecycle and ensuring that all deliverables meet our standards and specifications. As a Lead Engineer, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Sourcing, Production, Service and product management.
Your key responsibilities
Lead and collaborate with partners, consultants, and suppliers to support a cooperative and innovative work environment.
Coordinate the integration of components, design principles, and modularization within the designated system area.
Develop/maintain systems and if needed components together with suppliers.
Initiate tests and simulations, to verify that technical requirements are met.
Show ability to undertake individual design tasks when necessary.

What should you bring?
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field, coupled with relevant work experience.
Preferably, experience with heavy mobile vehicles
A strong technical aptitude, demonstrating a profound understanding of engineering principles.
Proficiency in CAD / PLM systems
Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish
Demonstrated leadership qualities, essential for driving projects and teams toward success.
