Lead Merchandiser
Are you someone that doesn't squint at challenges and will problem-solve your way out of any situation, no matter how long it takes? Then you might be our next lead merchandiser to join our NA-KD family! Online Merchandising at NA-KD encompasses the strategic display of internal and external fashion products.
Your Future
- Use data to test and review online behavior which will drive performance
- Set up weekly reports capturing main KPIs
- Work in close collaboration with the photo and styling team in order to make sure that tight deadlines are met
- Manage a high-performing team of two employees, and four to six interns
- Manage, execute and monitor sales, promotions, and campaigns
- Carry out daily reviews checking the product information: set up, description, categorization, color-filtering
- Brief reshoots based on performance
- Ensure all products are beautifully merchandised across the site
- Ensure cross-selling opportunities are optimized
- Monitoring incoming product and stock levels to ensure listing pages and categories are updated on time
Your Past & Your Skills
- 1-3 years of experience within online merchandising, controlling or a similar function is preferred
- Proven track record of fact-based decision making driven by analysis
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Service Management or similar
- Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of IT processes
- Fluent in business English, both speaking and in writing
- Process-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- Previous work experience from retail and consumer goods is a plus
