Lead .NET Developer to IVC Evidensia Digital Team

About the role 

As a lead developer at Evidensia, you will have ownership of the .NET development and current Microsoft Azure-stack. Since Evidensia keeps a wide range of technologies, products, and solutions this offers a broad mix of challenges and demands. Here you work in close collaboration with the development team, CTO and Product Managers in order to deliver a more digitalized product portfolio and streamlined experience. You will also operate on group-level which means that you will be the connecting dot of all the digital platforms adjoining all geographical regions within the Evidensia and IVC Group family. Today this family act as Europe’s leading veterinary care provider with more than 1000+ clinics in 10 European countries and this is something they strive to keep, develop and maintain in the future.

Furthermore, the lead developer will orchestrate and coach the development team, building new applications, add new modules and functionalities to existing systems as well as inventing new smart ways to improve the digital journey of Evidensia and IVC Group. All to ensure best practice regarding the development process.

About you

You have at least a couple of years’ experience in software engineering and broad competence in development with a focus on the .NET stack and Microsoft Azure. In your previous assignments, we see that you have had a leading role as for example team lead, scrum master or technical lead. Further, we think you are experienced in building large scaling cloud-based solutions and have a curious eye for new technology.

As Evidensia is based on an international team you keep excellent communication skills in fluency in English is required.

The current tech stack is based on but not limited to: .NET, Azure, SQL, NoSQL, Unit Tests, Web Services, Object Oriented Design, Agile Methods and REST. If you have previously worked with authentication, JavaScript, React/React Native and/or automated testing, this would give you an extra edge.
