As our Lead of Refrigerant system, you will play an important part in assuring high quality and deliveries on time for the Thermal and Climate system for our future mobility projects. You will join a team that are dedicated to the team, innovation, and technology.
Our Thermal and Energy team focuses on providing climate comfort for our customers and energy for the battery system and electrical machines. Our team enjoys working together, sharing knowledge, and trying new ideas. As Lead of the Refrigerant system, you will be responsible for delivering a smart and efficient refrigerant system to multiple mobility solutions within the Geely Group, such as Lynk & Co, Geely and Volvo.
As our Lead of Refrigerant system, you will be based in Uni3 at Lindholmen, Gothenburg.
This is what you will do most of the time:
Globally drive, develop, and establish system requirements
Globally develop system technology strategies and commonalities
Develop system design solutions to meet project requirements
Define interfaces and participate in mechanical and electrical/SW integration meetings
Ensure proper solution of conceptual issues found
Lead and coordinate cross functional team (System/design engineers, Purchasing, SQM, ME, CAE, validation, etc.)

You have probably done something like this:
System responsible for Climate system/AC system
Attribute responsible for Climate
Verification and analyze responsible for Climate and/or AC system

We think that you have:
Leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive, motivate and coach team members
A flexible mindset with ability to lead change and development and take decisions
A creative and analytical mindset to handle/solve complex problems
Ability to communicate clearly and be perceptive
Technical expertise
At least five years’ experience of Climate AC/refrigerant system (subject matter expert)
Detailed and extensive knowledge about application of technologies in products/projects
Extensive knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
