Beskrivning av tjänsten Titanx Engine Cooling AB manufactures cooling systems for heavy vehicles and diesel driven generators.Manufacturing takes place in Mjällby, Linköping and Jamestown, NY, USA.The company's head office is in Mjällby.We have a total of 940 employees, with 400 in Mjällby.Turnover is SEK 2 billion and growing.The customers are leading manufacturers of heavy vehicles, buses and diesel driven generators in Europe and the USA.Organisation: The Lead P1 Engineer is part of the P1 service, within the R&D organization in Mjällby.He/she reports hierarchically to the Product Engineering Manager.The Lead P1 Engineer is managing the overall development and validation work linked to one or several projects and applications related to one major customer of the Mjällby plant.The work includes leading the product definition and the engineering planning towards said customer.He participates actively to the technical activities internally and towards the customer.The Lead Engineer will manage functionally, when agreed with the Engineering Manager, the product engineers assigned to his/her customer or project cell. Responsibility: Work is performed according to TitanX's 5 axes, the Constant Innovation Policy, Project Management Handbooks, the Mjällby Quality System, ISO/TS 16949, and the existing routines and procedure applying to project and engineering.Din bakgrund Demands: - 5 years engineering education at university or engineering school with 5 years experience in design or manufacturing engineering - Proven ability to work directly with a customer as a representative of the company - Native language or bilingual skills in line with corresponding customer - Competences in CAD design, management of people, quality systems, intellectual property topics - Proven computer skills, especially MS Office and CATIA V5 - Can fluently communicate in English and Swedish, both in speech and in written.French is a plus The location is at the Head office in Mjällby.You will be a part of a dynamic team and work in an international environment.We offer attractive conditions with good possibilities to grow.Ref.P1 Lead Engineer
