Lead planning Core Network Product Line

We are looking for a senior Technical Leader for planning telecom Core Network Product Lines.Responsibilities *Collects/analyzes the Information of telecommunication consulting service, researching the development trend in the telecommunication industry and the knowledge mode of the consulting service , communicate with customer group for the customer's consulting requirement, Support the strategy and service planning for the telecommunication consulting service; *Construct/design the competence mode and the methodology of the consulting service, to improve the consulting service efficiency; *Construct/design the service delivery platform which comprise the service process and IT system, to complete delivery in low cost; *Ensure consulting service project can be finished on schedule. Qualifications *20+ years experience for the consulting,5+ years for the telecommunication consulting service; *3+ years who was the lead/planning of the consulting department ever, was familiar with the consulting technology and knowledge system of the consulting service; *Issue 3+ telecommunication analyse reports/chapters about telecommunication technology or solutions in the industry forum, and be recognized and be applied; *Understanding the customer's business and how to contribute to the customer's success.*Good skill in communication with customers. Others *Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.*Fluent English speaking and writing.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work skills within an international team.*Willing to travel.
