Lead Process Engineer

We embrace the diversity of our people and are now looking for two experienced process engineers to strengthen our Technical Development team in Stenungsund.

As a Lead Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process related technical studies for the Polyethylene plant in Stenungsund. You will act as the technical specialist with the responsibility to improve, optimize and develop the plant in the respect of technical, economical and sustainable standards as well as improve the result within health, safety, environmental and quality. You will be part of a cross-disciplinary team and work towards the mission to develop the design and operation of our Stenungsund plant.
As a Lead Process Engineer, you will…
• Continuously seek innovative and optimal process solutions within safety, sustainability, energy and operability
• Identify and initiate investment projects
• Be responsible for studies and preparing project proposals
• Participate in projects as process lead engineer
• Lead and co-ordinate test-runs together with operation
• Trouble-shoot and solve technical problems together with operation team
• Be active in information sharing in order to boost team performance
About you
This job might be for you if you have a master degree in chemical engineer or similar, 5+ years of experience within plant operation and troubleshooting, experience in studies and projects. You have good analytical and communication skills, master Swedish and English (literacy, spoken and written), and prioritizing and taking decisions comes naturally for you. Your ability to engage, motivate and involve people results in strong networks.
