The Position
Avalanche Studios Group and its creative division Systemic Reaction are hiring a Lead Producer to work on our live title Generation Zero! Generation Zero is an open-world, co-op first-person shooter game set in 1980s Sweden.

As the Lead Producer you will coordinate resources to ensure successful completion of assigned development features. The Lead Producer is a key person in the daily operation of our teams and is responsible for translating business and product goals into plans and actions, and act as a change agent for process improvements. You will be part of building and maintaining a strong team spirit and a productive environment for the team to thrive in.

General responsibilities:

- Responsible for upholding the project scope and capacity in alignment with product goals and budgets to specific quality targets
- Responsible for the project’s development plan, including ownership of project development costs
- Owns and is responsible for delivering regular updates of game development plan within organisation’s reporting framework (including risks and mitigation strategies)
- Responsible for staffing the project using the process set by the People organisation in line with game development plan. This includes being accountable for any outsourcing plans
- Responsible for the general well-being of the project development team
- Stakeholder in growth and development plans of their direct reports by generating individual goals derived from project goals
- Responsible for performance management of reportees
- Responsible for Staffing the project and is a key part of the Operational staffing forum. This includes being accountable for any outsourcing plans




Required Qualifications

- Attention to detail, timely follow-up and strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with project planning and agile/scrum development methodology
- Strong capability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience of running and driving a team forward with focus on cross-disciplined game development
- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner
- Excellent skills in both written and verbal English




Desirable qualifications:

- Experience developing new content from the ground up
- Experience from Live service game development
- Solid experience as a Producer within game development/production
