Lead Producer - Toca Days

Lead Producer - Toca Days

Arbetsbeskrivning

Do you want to lead the creation of a multiplayer digital playground for kids to hang out in and play together?

As Lead Producer in Toca Days you’ll be joining our most ambitious project yet - a friendly multiplayer world for children celebrating the excitement and quirkiness of everyday life. A 3D world where kids will be able to play and explore in real time through their own avatar.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the project leadership team you’ll lead the organisation and execution of the entire project. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Art Director, Technical Director and others to manage requirements, development and releases.

As a Lead Producer you’ll work with the Production Team, providing leadership and a clear roadmap to them and other stakeholders within the organisation. You’ll act as a mentor for the Producers in the team, helping them grow and develop in their roles.

You’ll lead the work in an agile environment, enabling and supporting the team in turning conceptual ideas into scoped out and actionable plans. You guide the team in effective prioritisation, balancing scope vs capacity, while mitigating risks to the project.
Is this you?

You have extensive experience in a similar role with exceptional project management skills. You have worked with live services and shipped multiple games, taking part in all phases of the production cycle, from concept to launch.

You have managed or worked in highly technical and creative teams, and know all about game development practices.

You have an analytical mindset, and experience in managing a project budget, staffing and forecasting. You’re able to proactively identify risks and mitigate them before they become an issue.

You believe in the power of play!

This is us!

Everything is designed from their perspective. We celebrate the diversity and quirkiness of their world and give them the freedom to play in ways that only they can.

Good to know!

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm studio with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You’ll need to be located in Sweden as we are unable to support relocation. Your application should therefore be in English.
