Lead Product Designer
We are looking for an exceptional Product Designer to join our product team in Stockholm and lead our design team. We are looking for someone who can think at all layers, from product (system) design to interaction and beautiful pixels.

What you will do
As a Product Designer at Universal Avenue you will be responsible for designing one of our existing or upcoming products. You will work in a small squad team with product people, engineers and data scientists to build something fantastic.

- Design beautiful and clear interfaces both for mobile and web experiences. Creating experiences that our users love and that ensure that we excel on our key KPIs
- Create design guidelines for our products to ensure interface consistency across devices and help driving a design culture in the company as a whole
- Own copywriting in our products?-?either yourself or working with a contractor you will manage.

You can describe our product in a way that customers understand and design the interactions to ensure it works.

Required Skills
- At least 10 years of design experience from a tech company or startup across the areas of product, interaction and visual design with some magic skills in any of these areas
- Experience from working across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web)
- Hands-on experience of agile software development and product discovery.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken

Nice to have skills:
- Designing for a B2B target group
- Copywriting skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong technical understanding / developer background
- Interest in marketing and social media
- Additional languages
