We want to grow our team with an experienced technical Lead Product Manager that can both contribute as an individual Product Manager as well as lead a team of Product Managers, i.e. be a “Player-coach” that not only is a star Product Manager but also is able to coach and grow a team of Product Managers. You will work within the Platform team leading the five Product Managers that build the core of Cognite Data Fusion, our main product, and thus have a special dedication to developer experiences.
As a Lead Platform Product Manager at Cognite, you will be working in cross-functional teams with engineers and designers on well-defined problem areas and figuring out how to best solve them.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Build and develop a well functioning cross-functional team that is able to deliver upon
the strategy and reach its goals
Coach your team of PMs to grow into becoming star PMs like yourself.
Define and communicate the Platform product strategy for great short term delivery
and long term impact
Manage stakeholders inside and outside Cognite.
Be an expert in the product and keep up to date with technological advances, and
buyer and user preferences
Create a culture of seamless collaboration between the team and the rest of the organisation
