The ProdTech team within DigitalRoute is now looking for a Lead PM to work together with our customers, partners, and colleagues to define the future vision and strategy for MediationZone. Further, evangelizing it and making it tangible for the teams to execute upon the strategy in order to deliver on our vision. Thus, ensuring that we help our customers change the way products are consumed meanwhile ensuring a growing and exciting journey for DigitalRoute and our employees.

You’ll Paint the Product North Star and Break it into Objectives and Key Results Together with the Team

As a product manager at DigitalRoute, you’ll be working with customers, partners, sales, engineering, and marketing to paint the vision of where we are going, the strategies that we employ to get there, and then the corresponding metrics needed to ensure that we take the right steps to achieve our North Star.

• Define and drive product strategy and metrics for the product teams, inspiring the teams to build great user experiences that advances DigitalRoute towards the product vision and business objectives
• Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive growth and the product experience to the next level
• Work with functions in all parts of the organization, and help build buy-in and alignment for our goals and roadmaps
• Passionately drive focus of the team towards the right objectives, balancing short versus long term needs, balance the needs of different stakeholders and progress toward different metrics
• Collaborate with other technical product managers, influencing with strategy and insights e.g., by developing perspective on new opportunities and areas of collaboration, as we embark on our journey towards 2024

• Work with Sales and Customer Acquisition to ensure that we’ve got a commercial model and the packaging in place needed, to engage and succeed in the market
• Partner with Marketing to ensure that we define and deliver sales enablement content needed for analyst engagements, campaigns, and sales
• Work with the Leadership team to evangelise where we are going, and supporting Sales, BD, and Customer Acquisition in securing key customers and partners
• Develop knowledge of insights and identify knowledge gaps for the product, to drive future investments and strategy

Bringing Commercial and Technical Experiences to the Team

• Passion for driving growth through a product experience that enables companies to change the way they engage with their customers, moving from transactions to relationships
• Experience working with products that supports the creation of new services, and that helps customers to optimize the way they operate
• Experience working with highly technical, elastic, and performant platforms. Understanding the principles needed to create and maintain a world-class platform
• At least 5 years of experience with leading product development, with proven ability to work cross functionally in a global organization

• An understanding and experience of user centric and data driven approach to forming product strategy and decision making
• Experience with e.g., agile, lean-startup, design-thinking, lean-ux or growth hacking concepts - with a deep understanding of the essence of such concepts and what they mean in practice, and how to avoid some of the pitfalls
• Excellent leadership and relationship building skills
