We are looking for a Lead Product Owner with great communication skills and who excels at building strong relations with stakeholders. As a Lead Product Owner within the Customer Apps & Services team, you will drive product development through all stages of its lifecycle by setting the roadmap and managing and prioritizing the backlog. You will act to secure that features are delivered in time and drive quality through the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning for competence and budget needed accordingly. You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the product owners with the corresponding team. You will be working in a social environment, which requires you to be a communicative person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships. You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant forums and communities. The products are a collection of apps and services tailored for Geely and lynk&co where one of the largest products is the newly launched carsharing service for lynk&co in Europe.

What You'll Do:

- Lead multiple agile software development teams with products in focus
- You'll ensure that our products create value for our customers, users, and our company
- Define and communicate clearly, the vision of the product or very large feature sets
- Work with cross-functional teams which comprise User Experience, product definition, engineering and business stakeholders
- Define epics/user stories that deliver end-to-end customer value
- Break down execution into roadmap items over a 6-24 months period
- Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to make data-driven decisions


Who You Are:

- You have 6+ years of experience in software product development
- You have experience in Agile product development
- You are driven to get stuff done, but with a collaborative approach
- You are a decisive leader with strong negotiation skills
- You have built up a passion for excellence, development and the ability to support building an innovative culture
- You are an excellent communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
